E. D. Morin

E. D. (Elaine) Morin is the co-editor of two anthologies with Jane Cawthorne, Writing Menopause (2017) and Impact: Women Writing After Concussion (2021). Her writing has been published in New Forum, Alberta Views, You Look Good For Your Age, (M)othering: An Anthology, Fiction SoutheastThe Antigonish ReviewPankAlternatives JournalCloud Lake Literary, Freefall and other places, and produced for broadcast on CBC radio. A winner of the Brenda Strathern Writing Prize, she has been shortlisted for The Malahat Review Open Season Award and an Impress Prize (UK). Her first publication, Castrations Lessons, was birthed as a limited-run short story chapbook for the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity.

She gratefully makes her home on the traditional lands of the Treaty 7 Nations and the home of Métis Nation of Alberta Region 3.
